Dr. Kim is a Board Certified Obstetrician & Gynecologist and a Fellow of American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and a Fellow of American College of Surgeons (FACS)

 During 3 decades of his practice of obstetrics and gynecology in Fresno, he delivered more than 4,000 babies until 2008, when he changed his practice to only gynecology.

His special interests are laparoscopic surgeries for any gynecologic issues, particularly robotic technique, and urogynecology such as urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapses.  

He did his OBGYN training at Montefiore Hospital & Medical Center (Currently Albert Einstein Medical School) in New York.

 He consistently kept up with new medical knowledges and techniques in his career as gynecologist. He was the first gynecologist in Fresno area to start total laparoscopic hysterectomy in 2002, later da Vinci robot assisted laparoscopic hysterectomy in 2008.

His hobbies include classical music (Board member, Fresno Philharmonic), hiking (Climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2007), Gardening, Computing.....
